Hawks Fall 4-3 to Whitby Blue
The Rhino Hockey Training Atom Hawks lost a close one to the Whitby Wildcats (Blue) on Sunday.
After falling behind by two in the first period that Hawks played well to keep the game close and narrowly missed a chance to tie the game in the last minute eventually falling 4-3. The Hawks got goals from Jakob Harnest, Tyson Gregory and Brendan Reid with Connor Boates picking up the lone assist. Noah Groeneveld was stellar between the pipes.
The Hawks have a pair of home games this weekend. On Saturday they get another shot at Whitby (Blue) before hosting the Clarington Toros on Sunday.
