On Sunday the Golden Hawks would face their first loss of the weekend but it was not before they fought their way back from trailing Whitby Blue 5 to 0 for the first two periods.  The Hawks would dig deep in the third to try and come back where they had 4 unanswered goals and were battling until the final buzzer.  Logan Fonger, Joey Nieman, Daniel McNeill and Keegan Goulah would all find the back of the net while teammates Cohen Heales (2), Sullivan Tait, Nieman and Cam Wood would all earn assists.  Owen Curran and Chloe Reid would share duties between the pipes.
