Hawks and Generals Even at Two
The Rhino Hockey Training Minor Atom Hawks and Oshawa Generals series is tied at two after splitting games this past week.
On Tuesday the Hawks played host to Oshawa and lost 3-1 to fall behind 2-1 in the series. Phoebe Mooney scored for the Hawks with Tyson Gregory and Matt Hicks picking up assists.
In a must win game on Friday the Hawks traveled to Oshawa and came away with a 1-0 win. Quinton Bogart scored for Quinte West with Gavin Armstrong and Jakob Harnest picking up the assists. Cooper Martin had a strong game between the pipes picking up his second shutout of the playoffs.
Game five is set for Monday night in Frankford.
