Novice Hawks Tie and Lose
The Rhino Hockey Training Novice 'A' Hawks came away with one point this weekend.
On Saturday the Hawks travelled to Whitby and came away with a four all tie against the Wildcats. Hawks goals came from Noah Lesser(2), Connor Boates and Tyson Gregory with the lone assist going to Boates. Reese Deline was steady between the pipes.
On Sunday the Hawks took a 2-1 lead to the third period but could not hold on giving up three late goals and falling 4-2 to the Oshawa Generals. Boates(2) supplied the goals with assists going to Gregory and Pearson Macdonald.
The Hawks are back in action this weekend with a game in Clarington on Saturday against the Toros and then a home date with the Uxbridge Stars on Sunday at 12:30pm.
