Hawks Split Weekend Games
The Rhino Hockey Training Novice 'A' Hawks won one of two games this past weekend.
On Saturday the Hawks travelled to Port Perry and were on the losing end of a 7-1 score. Tyson Gregory had the lone marker for the Hawks with Connor Boates picking up the assist.
On Sunday the Hawks hosted the Whitby Wildcats (white) putting forth their best effort of the season and skating away with a 4-1 victory. The offence was led by Gregory and Boates who each had a goal and 2 assists. Other tallies came from Colby Jones and Quinton Bogart while Matt Hicks, Noah Lesser, Pearson MacDonald and Aiden Haker each picked up a single assist.
The Hawks host two games this weekend as the Kingston Canadiens are in town on Saturday at 3:30pm and the Uxbridge Stars pay a visit to the Dunc on Sunday at 12:30pm.
