The Klemencic Homes Atom A Hawks improved their Lakeshore League record to 4-0 with two dominant victories this weekend.
On Saturday the Hawks travelled to Pickering and silenced the Panthers with an 8-1 win. Scoring for the Hawks were Jack Lowry(3), Daniel McLeod(2), Michael Dolton, Jakob Gardner and Ryan Kirk. Picking up assists were Dolton(2), McLeod, Shane Jerrett, Geoffrey Boates and Ben Davy. Logan Vale was the winner in net.
On Sunday the strong play continued as the Hawks went to Clarington and pounded the Toros 13-2. The offence was led by Dolton who scored 5 goals while Lowry picked up 4. Other goals came from Eamonn Deery(2), McLeod and Gardner. Assists came from Gardner(2), Justin Bolduc(2), Mac Slone(2), Davy(2), Deery(2), Jerrett, Lowry, McLeod and Boates. Seamus Killen picked up the win in goal.
The Hawks have a busy week as the host the Kingston Canadiens Thursday night and the Port Perry Predators on Saturday before travelling to Ajax for a contest with the Knights on Sunday.
