Oct. 11 Update, News, Minor Bantam A, 2018-2019 (Quinte West Minor Hockey Association)

The Madison Excavating Minor Bantam Hawks started the week on the road at the CCC against the Nighthawks on Thursday Oct. 11. The Hawks started off the first with a goal right off the hop, Vince Bellavance scored within the first two minutes assisted by Jakob Gardner. Layne Cocek found the net just over a minute later assisted by Ryan Kirk. Bellavance hit the net again late in the first to make the score 3-0 unassisted. In the second period the Hawks held strong and scored again with Shane Jerrett finding the net from the blue line. The Nighthawks then scored to make their mark on the board to end the second period. In the third, Ethan Osborne scored a beautiful goal assisted by Bellavance and Cocek. Logan Vale with the win.
