Novice Hawks Pick Up a Single Point
The Rhino Hockey Training Novice A Hawks picked up a point on the weekend with a tie and a loss.
On Saturday the Hawks travelled to Clarington to take on the first place Toros and came away with a 2-2 tie. Noah Lesser scored both goals while Connor Boates picked up the lone assist. Reese Deline was strong in net.
On Saturday the Hawks hosted the undefeated Uxbridge Stars and fell 6-2. Jakob Harnest and Lesser picked up the goals while Boates and Pearson MacDonald had the helpers.
The Hawks are back in action this weekend with two road games. They travel to Oshawa on Saturday to take on the Generals and then to Whitby on Sunday for a tilt with the Wildcats (Blue).
