Quinte West Minor Hockey Registration Program



The Hockey Canada registration platform is used for all QWMHA programs.

Note: For Representative players you must register online for the base registration fee.  Representative team fees are paid directly to the players team once you have been selected for the team not through the online registration system.

Returning Players:

Returning players must register online through the QWMHA Hockey Canada Registration System (HCR)- click on the registration link above.

QWMHA continues to use the Hockey Canada Registration system which has received an upgrade to HCR 3.0. Previous members created accounts accessed by an email address and password and completed all their family and player information in order to register and pay for players online. 

This was an email and password created by users/members directly in the Hockey Canada Registry. 

As previously registered members of QWMHA, your information will be available in the system.  You will be required to search for your player’s information using last name [legal name] and date of birth to be able to register and complete your transaction to register for QWMHA.   Once you have found your children, you will need to "set up" your new account by requesting an access code that will be sent to your email to continue.  Please check your junk mail if you have not received it in your mailbox.


Players New to QWMHA:

Any NEW to QWMHA players must contact QWMHA's registrar before they can register - the online registration will not work. (see below for further details).

If you have moved into the QWMHA area and have played hockey with another organization, please go to the Moving to Quinte West" section of this website to proceed.

If you are new to hockey, please contact our registrar for assistance at [email protected]. All new registrants must provide a copy of proof of player age (birth certificate/passport) as well as proof of residency and complete the Respect in Sport Parent Program.


Walk in Registration Information:


QWMHA will have walk in registration options available at a later date.

 


IMPORTANT:
 We accept cash (in person only), cheque, e-transfer and debit (when the office is open). All NSF cheques are subject to a $30 administration fee and registration is on hold until all fees have been paid.
