City of Quinte West Vaccination Policy
Further to our update on September 17, we have provided the City of Quinte West's vaccination policy in accordance with the province of Ontario.
The OMHA's previously approved vaccination policy from
September 9th
still applies to eligible players and volunteers
We acknowledge that this may cause delays at the door while being checked in, so we ask that you are prepared with your proof of vaccination and government issued ID to match.
