U8MD and U9MD Player Movement Changes
U8MD and U9MD will be available to all participants with no residency restrictions for the 2025-26 season.


Effective the 2025-26 season, Players resident to the OMHA wishing to participate in U9 and below MD programming are eligible to attend evaluations and be rostered with any MD team within the OMHA.

Furthermore, player evaluations can begin in the spring to allow time for families to fundraise, receive team apparel in a timely fashion, and implement some team building.  Teams will follow the seasonal calendar to match the U11 division.

Player evaluations for U8MD and U9MD may begin April 12.
