TOURNAMENT DETAILS

 
OMHA Sanction # 21308 (U11RS & U13RS), # 21309 (U15RS & U18RS)

All teams are guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.



OMHA Sanction # 21313 (U7HL & U8HL Jamboree)

All teams are guaranteed a minimum of 3 time slots with 2 games per time slot.
Games are played on half ice, with 4 teams on the ice, 2 per half ice.
One coach from each team will be on the ice to initially drop the puck, and then ensure continuous play, with no referee.  The timekeeper will use the buzzer for 2-minute shift changes.  After 24 minutes of play, that game will complete, and two teams will switch to the other half of ice and then play another 24 minutes for a second game against a different team.



All Games Played at Duncan McDonald Arenas (Pad 1 or Pad 2) and Dr McMullen Recreation Centre Frankford

No Gate Fees

Professional photographer will be onsite for the Select Tournament and Jamboree.

Free slice of pizza and chocolate milk after first game for each player in the Select Tournament and after the first time slot for teams in the Jamboree.

MVP Awards for each team, after each game.
 


Rules will be posted on the QWMHA website and be available to teams in writing at the tournament.


TOURNAMENT FEES

U11RS & U13RS $1,050 (10 x 10 x 10 stop time periods)

U15RS & U18RS $1,250 (10 x 10 x 15 stop time periods)

U7HL & U8HL Jamboree $525

(If your team registers and plays in our Highway of Heroes Jamboree, and then registers for our Snowball Tournament Jamboree March 10th, we will offer a $50 discount for your Snowball Tournament Jamboree entry fee.) 

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

All refunds are to be requested in writing to the Tournament Director.

(45 or more days prior to your tournament start date, refund will be fees paid, minus 10% of tournament fee)

(within 45 and 25 days of the tournament start date, refund will be fees paid minus 50% of tournament fees)

(no refunds issued within 25 days of the tournament)
