Quinte West Minor Hockey will be holding their Annual General Meeting on Monday June 13, 2022, starting at 6:00pm upstairs at the Duncan McDonald Arena.
All members that are in good standing with QWMHA are encouraged to attend.
The following positions on the board are open for nomination. Following the annual general meeting of 2021 the following constitutional motion was made and approved.
9.3 Election Procedures: Nomination forms will be submitted to the QWMHA office two weeks prior to the meeting with the member interest in standing for a board position approving the nomination with a signature. If no nominations are received, a notice will be advertised on our website for vacant positions. If the positions still have no pending nominations, then nominations may be submitted from the floor for qualified members.
President - 2 year term
2nd Vice President - House League - 2 year term
Equipment Manager - 2 year term
Sponsorship Director - 1 year term
Tournament Director - 1 year term
Modified Program Director - 1 year term

with the subject line - NOTICE OF MOTION and site the current regulation with your proposed new wording and return to the hockey office no later than June 6, 2022.
