The U14 Nomad Golden Hawks advance to the Lakeshore Finals
In game three of the single game round robin action the Hawks fell 2 to 1 to the Whitby Wildcats (Blue). Cam Slone scored the only goal for the Hawks with the assist from Logan Fonger.  Owen Curran was steady in net.

Game 4 would see the Hawks in a do or die situation as they faced the Ajax Pickering Raiders at home.  The Raiders would be the first to find the back of the net in the first followed by Riley Kavanagh scoring for the Hawks on the power play.  Assisting would be Logan Fonger and Keegan Goulah.  The Raiders would regain the lead in the second but Joey NIeman would snipe one past their netminder with a pass from Kale Tawse to tie it up. Winding down in the third period it seemed like overtime was in their future but with 1:34 left, Cam Slone would land the game winning goal that was assisted by Cohen Heales. This advances the Hawks to the Lakeshore finals.  Owen Curran earns the win in net.
The Nomads are set to face their nemesis,  the Clarington Toros, the Oshawa Generals and the Whitby Wildcats (Blue) in another single game round robin series that sees the top two teams advancing to the OMHA weekend.  Stay tuned as games are added to their schedule
