U18 Golden Hawks Roll Over Pickering
In their only game this weekend the Dibbit's Excavating U18 Golden Hawks offence was in high gear as they stormed past the Pickering Panthers (A2) 9-0.
The Hawks stormed out of the gates to take a 4-0 lead at the end of one period. They added two more in the second and wrapped it up with three in the third. Seamus Killeen was solid between the pipes picking up the shutout in net. The offence was a total team effort as every player dressed for the game picked up at least one point. Goals came from Justin Bolduc, Michael Dolton, Tyvian Koets, Layne Cocek, Geoffrey Boates, Vincent Bellavance, Will Potts, Mac Slone and Jakob Gardner. Picking up assists were Boates(3), Gardner(2), Cocek, Dolton, Tyler Balkwill, Bellavance, Potts, Hayden McLaughlin and Carter Rightmeyer.
The team has another light weekend as they host the Pickering Panthers A1 team on Saturday at 5:00pm.
