The U10A Quinte West Golden Hawks are proud to wrap up 2021 today with a 9-0 win against Clarington for a perfect record. Bryce Lawrence held the team together in net, stopping a penalty shot and taking home a shutout.
To recap the season thus far, the team has a 20-0-0 record, including 2 gold medal tournament wins, as they head into a much deserved break over the holiday.
These 9-year-old players have poured their hearts and souls into this game and their team and it has shown significantly on the ice. They are passionate about the sport; they work together as a team and they have developed their own sense of community, both on and off the ice. Their ability to adapt to the constant change in our world has not gone unnoticed, yet they continue to work hard, support one another and represent Quinte West Minor Hockey positively.

They look forward to hitting the ice as a team in January and competing at the International Silver Stick Final Tournament in Newmarket.
