Hawks Sweep Warriors!

On Friday February 7th, the Madison Excavating Bantam A Hawks were able to sweep the North Durham Warriors at the Duncan Memorial Arena. This was game three of the second round of the OMHA playdown series.

The Hawks and Warriors battled through a scoreless first period. It wasn’t until late in the second when Daniel McLeod-Lockwood found the mesh to make his mark on the scoreboard. Ryan Kirk scored the remaining three goals, assisted by Micheal Dolton, Will Potts, McLeod-Lockwood and Shane Jerrett  to complete this series and move on to the quarter final round of the OMHA playdowns. Final score 4-0, Seamus Killeen between the pipes for the win.


The quarter finals against the Clarington Toros are set to begin 

Game 1: Saturday February 15th at the Duncan Memorial at 4:30pm

Game 2: Sunday Feb. 15 at Garnet B. Rickards area at 9pm

Game 3: Wednesday Feb 19th at the Duncan Memorial at 8:30pm 

Game 4: Saturday Feb. 22 at Garnet B. Rikards arena at 7:30pm

Games 5 & 6 are scheduled and we will let you know if they are needed.
