Hawks Update Dec. 7, 8
The Madison Excavating Bantam A Hawks had a home at home series this weekend where they had a win and a tie against the North Durham Warriors and Clarington Toros. The Hawks remain on top of the Lakeshore League with a 18-0-3 record.

On Saturday it was a battle between the goalies! North Durham faced an abundance of shots from the Hawks and it was not until late in the third when Maguire Slone found the mesh and the Hawks were on the scoreboard with just over 4 minutes left in the game. Seamus Killeen shut out the Warriors for the rest of the game.

Sunday the Hawks hosted the Clarington Toros on their home ice. The Hawks out shot the Toros all game and started the scoring off in the first by Jakob Gardner. The game remained 1-0 until the last 3 minutes of the game when the Hawks were shorthanded. The Toros tied it up and the score remained 1-1. Seamus Killeen between the pipes.

The Hawks are off to Uxbridge on Saturday to face North Durham Warriors in Uxbridge and they will host the Pickering Panthers on Sunday afternoon at the Duncan Memorial at 3:15pm for the puck drop.

The Bantam A Hawks continue to thank all of our sponsors for the 2019-2020 season. They are excited about hosting this year’s OHF tournament that will be happening in April of 2020. Be sure to stay tuned for more information as we get closer to the event.
