Hawks Downed By Generals
In their lone game this week the World Elite Training Minor Peewee Hawks fell to the Oshawa Generals by a score of 3-2.
After falling behind 2-0 after two periods of play the Hawks stormed back early in the third to tie the game at two before eventually giving up the game winner with just under seven minutes to play. Gavin Armstrong and Matt Hicks had the goals for the home side while assists went to Connor Boates(2), Brendan Reid and Armstrong. Noah Groeneveld had a solid game between the pipes.
The Hawks are off this weekend and will prepare for a busy stretch of games the following weekend heading into the Christmas break.
