On the Road Again - October 16th
The
Madison Excavating Bantam A Hawks were on the road again on Tuesday October 16th
at the Don Beer Arena battling the Pickering Panthers. The Hawks started off
strong scoring early in the first by Ethan Osborne, assisted by Layne Cocek and
Daniel McLeod-Lockwood. The Panthers did not allow that lead to last long and
they moved ahead finishing the first with a score of 2-1. The Hawks held the
score for the second, they could not find the back of the net. This is not for
a lack of shots, they were flying towards the net. Early in the third, the
Panthers scored again making another mark on the board. Then Shane Jerrett
found the net to close the gap to 3-2 assisted by Osborne and McLeod-Lockwood.
