Wednesday night, Marinovich Dental ran into
some tough competition when they faced off against Wahoo's Sports Bar and Grill.
From the opening face-off, Wahoo came on strong, forcing Marinovich onto their heels and into some early penalty trouble.
Carson Dunk opened the scoring for Wahoo early in the first pacing them to a 4-0 lead by the end of the 1st period.
Marinovich answered the bell in the second with some sustained pressure keeping Wahoo hemmed in, however strong play from Goaltender Eric McKeown held Marinovich off the score sheet.
Kaleb Sargenson finally found the back of the net for Marinovich with a heavy wrist shot breaking McKeown's bid for a shutout.
This Saturday, Marinovich will host John's Equipment, while Wahoo will host Reads Accounting.
