Hawks Pick Up a Single Point
The Rhino Hockey Training Novice A Hawks picked up one of a possible four points on the weekend.

On Saturday the Hawks travelled to Whitby to take on the White Wildcats and came away with a 3-3 tie. The Hawks trailed late but rallied with 2 goals in the final four minutes to earn the tie. Scoring for the Hawks were Tiernan Deery, Pearson MacDonald and Jakob Harnest. Noah Lesser picked up 2 assists. Reese Deline was solid in net.

On Sunday the Hawks were on the road again. This was a tight game from the start and the teams headed to the third period tied at one. The Toros would score 2 unanswered goals in the final frame to skate away with a 3-1 win. Colby Wiersma scored for the Hawks with MacDonald getting the lone assist. Alex Bisset had a strong performance in net.

This weekend the Hawks have one game as they travel to Uxbridge for a game against the first place Stars on Saturday.
