Hawks Storm Back to Beat Whitby Blue
The Rhino Hockey Training Novice 'A' Hawks scored four unanswered goals in the third period to erase a 2-0 deficit and defeat a strong Whitby Blue Wildcats team.
After trailing 2-0 heading to the third period the Hawks scored early to cut the lead in half and then scored 3 goals in the last 1:35 to seal the victory. Tyson Gregory led the charge scoring a hat trick while Noah Lesser score the other goal. Aiden Haker, Lesser, Jakob Harnest, Colby Wiersma, Connor Boates and Matt Hicks each picked up single assists.
The Hawks have one last game Tuesday night in Kingston against the Canadiens before hitting the Christmas break.
