Fees Determined for Block 3

Fees for block 3 can be sent by etransfer to [email protected]   Please state in the notes who the payment is for using first and last name and the birth year for each player.  If you have more than one child playing, you may send one etransfer - just be sure to list all players names and birth years.

A reminder that anyone owing fees from block 2 must pay in full before they can participate in this block.  A separate email will be sent once again as a reminder.

Fees for block 3 are due in full by March 1.  




Fee Structure

Jr Mac - $65.00
Tier 2 - $120.00
Tier 1 - $140.00

If you are new to QWMHA this season, please email [email protected] to confirm acceptance and what the additional fees will be to cover insurance premiums and jersey fees.

**Please note that not all new registrations to block 3 have been accepted based on numbers, please wait until your coach has contacted you before sending payment.  If you send payment and your registration has not been accepted, expect a 4-6 week turn around time for refund.
